Starting the Fall 2011 semester, Lamar University students, faculty, and staff will be able to log in to Blackboard using their Lamar Electronic Account (LEA) username and password. The LEA username and password are the same as those used to log in to your Lamar University email account.
If you do not remember your LEA username and/or password, please go to the LEA username/password recovery wizard, located in Self Service Banner, to recover your LEA username and to obtain a temporary password. A tutorial guiding you through this process is available here.

Lamar University's National Science Foundation sponsored program that gives undergraduates majoring in Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology/Earth Science, Mathematics, and Physics an opportunity to do research and outreach in teams under the direction of faculty mentors.
ASCENT (Undergraduate Students)
Lamar University's National Science Foundation sponsored program that provides scholarships to community college students who transfer to Lamar University and upper level MATH and/or CS majors existing Lamar University students to complete a bachelor¹s degree in mathematics or computer science.
In addition to faculty mentoring, students will be supported by peer mentoring, career education, and additional summer research opportunities.
